Buttermilk Dill Bread

1 ½ cups Warm Buttermilk (70 to 80 degrees F)

3 Tbs. Softened Butter

3 Tbs. Sugar

1 Tbs. Dill Weed

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Ground White or Black Pepper

2 cups Better for Bread Flour

1 ½ cups Whole Wheat Flour

1 Tbs. Active Dry Yeast

 

In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer.  Select basic bread setting.  Chose crust color and loaf size if available.  Bake according to bread machine directions, (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 Tbs. of water or flour if needed.)  Makes a 2 lb. loaf.
