Oriental Oats (Similar to Fried Rice)

½ cup sliced celery

½ cup julienned carrots

½ cup snow peas

½ cup slice green onion

1 Tbs. minced garlic

1 Tbs. Canola oil

3 ½ cup cooked steel cut oats (optional: cooked whole oat groats)

1 Tbs. Soy sauce or Tamari

½ cup bean sprouts

 

Sauté celery, carrots, snow peas, garlic, and onions in a hot wok with oil for 5 minutes.  Add oats, soy sauce and bean sprouts.  Stir together and heat through.  Serve hot.
