Millet Soup

2 qt. Beef or chicken stock, boiling

½ cup millet

½ cup onion, diced

½ cup celery, diced

½ cup carrots, diced

½ cup potatoes, diced

1 bay leaf

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Place all ingredients in a crock-pot.  Stir together and place on low.  Simmer all day.  Season to taste.
