We grow Paramount Food Grains “from a scratch.”  We start with testing many varieties in Test Plots.  Each variety is tested for it’s yield potential, mill and bake characteristics, and nutritional values.  The best varieties, then, are planted for seed production (see  Paramount Seed Farms) that will be planted on larger acreages for the grain we sell to you, our customers.
